DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Place contents into 5 ounces of hot water over 1 to 2 bags tea, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, three times a day. If you like sweet taste, you can add some sugar. If you feel any nausea after drinking it, you should add some sliced fresh ginger with it. Enjoying your beverage!
